Unit 4 – Consumer Behaviour

Understanding and evaluating consumer behaviour forms the core focus of the fourth unit.  Content covers the various different types of consumer, what kinds of factors influence the behaviour of consumers and in-depth analysis of the consumer buying process.

Unit 5 – Developing a Marketing Plan

The core focus of the fifth unit is the development and implementation of a professional marketing plan.  Candidates are taken through all key elements of the marketing planning process, along with marketing audits, the importance of feedback and product innovation value.

Unit 6 – Promotion Mix

Rounding off the course, the final unit introduces and investigates the concept of promotion mix. Candidates receive comprehensive insights covering why promotion is so important, effective communication processes, promotion mix as a concept and a series of factors that affect promotion mix.
