Unit 2 – Software Options and Solutions

Software solutions and options represent the core focus of the second unit. The crucial concepts of building an online store and creating effective product pages are introduced, along with optimisation of checkout processes and additional website elements. 

Unit 3 – Creating an Engaging User Experience

The third unit focuses on the importance of creating an engaging user experience. Content covers the creation and impact of engaging web content and how to build credibility among a target audience.

Unit 4 – Transaction Management

Transaction systems and management form the core focus of Unit 4, which introduces candidates to online and mobile payments systems along with various digital payment methods. M-commerce is also investigated and explored.

Unit 5 – E-Commerce Analytics

A comprehensive overview of e-commerce analytics follows in the fifth unit. Overall site metrics, shopping metrics and tools for tracking data and e-commerce management are introduced,as candidates discover how to effectively support their e-commerce business. 

Unit 6 – Marketing Your E-Commerce Business

In the sixth and final unit,content centres on the importance of effectively marketing an e-commerce business. Unit content investigates how marketing plans are created, social media marketing, intellectual property regulations, potential security threats and privacy laws.
