This HR course online is divided into three modules:

Module 1 - The Basics of HR Management

Course Module 1 starts out with an introduction to HR management from a contemporary business perspective, outlining the primary responsibilities and daily duties of working HR professionals. The main purpose and advantages of outstanding HR management are brought into discussion, alongside a dissection of the HR code of ethics.

Module 2 - Training and Development

The importance of comprehensive training and ongoing development represents the primary core focus in the second module. Module 3 - Managing Performance
