Professional trainers are required to be exceptionally flexible, adaptable and dynamic in their approach to their everyday responsibilities. Difficult situations and challenging behaviours come as a standard part of the job – all of which must be handled while at all times providing professional, engaging and effective adult teachings.
This trainer skills course has been created for those who wish to begin an exciting new career as an adult educator, or significantly advance an existing career. Course content covers a wide variety of essential insights and theoretical teachings – all of which can assist professional trainers in engaging, empowering and motivating audience members.
Throughout the course of seven easy-to-follow units, candidates explore a wide variety of adult learning principles, learning styles and effective/efficient training techniques incorporating powerful tools and materials.
