Unit 4 – Site Organization

Unit 5 – Material Management

This unit takes a deeper look into the specifics of purchasing and managing building materials, along with potential issues and professional approaches to integrated materials management. Candidates discover how management of materials can have wide-reaching implications on building projects.

Unit 6 – Human Resource Management
