Certificate in Team Leading QLS Level 2

Course Overview

Team Leader Courses Online

The difference between the manager and the team leader can perhaps be best communicated in a single word – inspiration. Successful team leaders inspire team members to grow, evolve and improve themselves day in and day out, leading by example and nurturing strong team spirit. By contrast, a manager may be seen more as an overall overseer of operations – a provider of instructions and information, as opposed to a role model. Our Team Leader Courses Online, teach you about the stages of team development and helping team to move through these stages.

This Team Leader Training Online,  course offers an outstanding introduction to the core qualities and duties of the contemporary team leader. Ideal for those looking to work toward supervisory positions in largely any company or organisation, course content covers the importance of teamwork, the development of a proactive and effective team culture, building trust and respect among those you lead, how communication skills play a pivotal role in effective team leading and ultimately the difference between inspiring a team to aspire for greatness and telling team members what they should be doing.
