Unit 1 – Establishing Team Norms
In the first of five intensive course units, candidates explore the definition of a team from a modern corporate perspective, along with the various types of teams across a variety of settings. Unit 2 – Building Team Trust
The establishment and maintenance of team trust within an organisation represents the primary focus of Unit 2. Unit 3 – Communication Skills

Unit 4 – Motivating Employees

Unit 5 – Managing Disciplinary Issues
