Very realistic and relevant to real-world scenarios faced onsite every day, I found myself nodding through it as I read it and it was laid out clearly and concisely in an easy to follow manner. It never became a chore to read as whilst all areas were covered there was no overfocus on particular chapters which could have led to one becoming mired in tedium. Not an easy achievement in a course containing 20 modules.
