Very realistic and relevant to real-world scenarios faced onsite every day, I found myself nodding through it as I read it and it was laid out clearly and concisely in an easy to follow manner. It never became a chore to read as whilst all areas were covered there was no overfocus on particular chapters which could have led to one becoming mired in tedium.
