Unit 3 – Managing Supply Chain Risk

Risk identification and management form the primary focus topics of the third unit, in which course content covers a variety of common supply chain risks, an introduction to benchmarking, several key mitigation strategies, how to effectively trap and evaluate supply chain data and the role/importance of the balanced scorecard.

Unit 4 – Supply Chain Best Practices

Is the final course unit, candidates are guided through a series of best practice guidelines for effective supply chain management and operations.  Subtopics include the sharing of key supply chain activities, the establishment and maintenance of important supply chain partnerships and an introduction to sustainable supply chain strategies.
