Several common hotel types and different specifications of accommodation are brought into the discussion, along with how efficient organisational structures and systems of management can contribute to the success or otherwise of the business as a whole.
Module 2 - Front Office Operations
Course content in Module 2 centres on the front-of-house team and the primary responsibilities of the reception area and front desk. Candidates explore the roles and duties of those working front-of-house, including the processing of arrivals and departures, making and amending reservations, maintaining high customer service standards at all times and ensuring that all front-of-house duties are flawlessly coordinated with all other departments.
Module 3 - Housekeeping and Food Management

I was really been put into a great exposure to this learning, what I have liked the most, was on the front office part of studies, it really gives you significant explanation on how to handle the position, I have never worked in hospitality but after this learning I feel more ready to embrace this field, the housekeeping part was just amazing, I am now equipped with right skill to pursue a new career path.
