Unit 3 – How to Establish and Maintain Rapport

The development and maintenance of rapport enters the conversation in the third unit, in which candidates investigate sensory systems, matching and mirroring, pacing and leading and a variety of additional key concepts.

Unit 4 – Creating Comprehensive Outcomes

In the fourth course unit, candidates are introduced to the principles of comprehensive outcome creation and the importance/effects of establishing an inner-map. The concept of congruency is also introduced, incorporating a definition of the term and how to achieve congruency.

Unit 5 – Use of Anchors

Concluding the course, Unit 5 centres on the use of anchors and a variety of effective anchoring techniques. Candidates explore collapsing anchors, chaining anchors and how to create a desired state, along with chunking information and other key theoretical teachings.
