Unit 4 – Creating Comprehensive Outcomes
In the fourth course unit, candidates are introduced to the principles of comprehensive outcome creation and the importance/effects of establishing an inner-map. The concept of congruency is also introduced, incorporating a definition of the term and how to achieve congruency.
Unit 5 – Use of Anchors
Concluding the course, Unit 5 centres on the use of anchors and a variety of effective anchoring techniques. Candidates explore collapsing anchors, chaining anchors and how to create a desired state, along with chunking information and other key theoretical teachings.
