The basic characteristics and fundamentals of change management are broken down and explored, along with a variety of key factors, issues and challenges in relation to change management.

Unit 4 - Time Management

Course content then moves onto time management strategies and theory, guiding candidates through the importance of time management and a variety of techniques/approaches for making better use of available time. Additional subtopics introduced include the impact of e-mail on time management and the cost/consequences of poor time management.

Unit 5 - Managing Relationships

A discussion of stress management techniques and strategies follows in Unit 5, in which candidates also dissect and explore the relationship cycle. A series of approaches to effective problem solving are also explored, along with the importance of remaining calm under pressure.

Unit 6 - Strategic Planning
