Module 8 – Managing Conflict in the Workplace 

In the eighth and final module, candidates learn how to confidently and professionally address and manage conflict in the workplace.  Several major conflict resolution styles are discussed, along with their applications and appropriateness in specific situations.  The business-wide benefits of taking a proactive approach to conflict management are also discussed.
