Module 1 - An Introduction to the Interior Design Profession

Module one introduces candidates to contemporary interior design, both in terms of the profession and the sector as a whole.  Typical duties and responsibilities in the field of interior designer are discussed, along with a basic introduction to residential design and the value of maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors and suppliers.

Module 2 - Design Elements

Module two turns attention to the four most important interior design elements - Space, Colour, Patterns and Textures.  Candidates study the art of transforming raw spaces into beautiful rooms, through the careful consideration and harmonisation of the most important elements of interior design.
