Module 2 - The Event Planning Process
Attention shifts to the fundamentals of the event planning process in Module 2 – specifically how each stage in the planning process contributes equally to the overall success of the event. Candidates discuss a wide variety of potential planning issues and challenges, along with the consequences of inadequate event planning and the importance of contingency planning.
Module 3 - Event Concept and Theme
Bringing the course to a close, Module 3 focuses on creative vision in accordance with the requirements of customers. Along with investigating a variety of event concepts and themes, candidates further explore the key stages in the process of planning and managing events – planning, implementation, controlling and closure.
