Module 7 - The Modelling Phase

The modelling phase - also known as the initial testing phase - is examined in the seventh module.  The benefits and importance of vigorously testing new processes and ideas prior to implementation is discussed, along with the functions and objectives of ‘what-if’ analysis and how to make efficient use of feedback during the modelling phase.

Module 8 - The Execution Phase

Module 9 - The Monitoring Phase
